Our pre-conference New Administrators’ Workshop provides a thorough overview of running a summer/winter/special session program. The workshop will cover overall administration, finance, marketing, curriculum, hiring, communication, reporting, and more. The New Administrators’ Workshop takes place at the Annual Conference on November 8th before the conference begins, with the NAW Dinner on the preceding evening.
