Student lack of engagement in optional resources can be a great opportunity to identify which students may be more likely to leave the institution. Baylor created a virtual module in Canvas to support first year students who matriculated in summer. From this data, they noticed differences in retention rates for students who participated in the module and those who didn’t. Come learn more about their process, outcomes and next steps.
