Our pre-conference NewAdministrators’ Workshop provides a thorough overview of running a summer/winter/special session program. The workshop will cover overall administration, finance, marketing, curriculum, hiring, communication, reporting, and more. The NewAdministrators’ Workshop takes place at the Annual Conference on November 8th and 9th before the conference begins.
